This Privacy Policy explains what CoinRankz (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use the CoinRankz Trading Bots service — the website at coinrankz.com and the customer portal at bot.coinrankz.com (the “Service”) — how we use it, and the choices you have. The CoinRankz trading game at game.coinrankz.com is a separate product with its own privacy policy. Our guiding rule is simple: we collect what the Service needs to run your bots and bill your subscription, and nothing more.
We do not collect data from your device beyond the above, and we do not run advertising trackers.
API keys you connect are stored encrypted at rest and are used solely to place and manage orders and to read balances and positions for the bots you enabled. We instruct you to create keys with trade-only permissions — never withdrawal — and the Service never attempts a withdrawal. You can replace or delete your keys in the portal at any time, and you can revoke them at your exchange at any time; deleting your account removes your stored keys.
The portal sets a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you use Sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies as part of the sign-in flow under Google’s own privacy policy. The public website works without any account cookies.
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the Service:
We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a business transfer (in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred data). We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account (or ask us to), we delete your stored API keys and personal data within a reasonable period, except data we must retain for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example, billing records) and short-lived backups and server logs, which expire on their own schedule. Aggregated or anonymized performance statistics that no longer identify you may be retained.
We use HTTPS throughout, hash passwords, encrypt exchange API keys at rest, restrict internal access to production data, and monitor the Service for intrusions. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal data we will notify you as required by applicable law. You can help by using a strong, unique password and trade-only API keys.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below; we will verify the request against your account email and respond within the time required by applicable law.
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete the account.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the portal or by email.
