These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and CoinRankz (“we”, “us”, “our”) covering the CoinRankz Trading Bots service — the website at coinrankz.com, the customer portal at bot.coinrankz.com, and the automated trading software behind them (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The CoinRankz trading game at game.coinrankz.com is a separate product with its own terms.
CoinRankz Trading Bots is software. When you connect your own exchange account and switch a bot to live mode, the Service submits orders to that exchange on your behalf, using API credentials you provide, according to the bot styles and settings you choose. Until you do that, everything runs in practice (“paper”) mode with no real money involved.
We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or asset manager, and we are not registered with any financial regulator. We never hold, receive, or transmit your money or cryptocurrency. Your funds stay in your own exchange account at all times, under that exchange’s terms, and only you control deposits and withdrawals there. The Service is a tool that automates order placement on your instructions; the trading decisions it implements are configurations you chose to run.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement, that you are legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency derivatives or spot markets on the exchange you connect, and that nothing in your local law prohibits you from using automated trading software. Some exchanges restrict access by country; complying with your exchange’s eligibility rules is your responsibility. We may block, restrict, or terminate access from particular jurisdictions at our discretion.
You register with a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account — including trades placed by bots you enabled. Tell us immediately at the address in section 18 if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or revoke an account we reasonably believe is being used to violate these Terms.
Live trading requires an account at a supported third-party exchange or automation venue (currently WunderTrading, Bitget, or Blofin). That account is yours: you open it, you fund it, you accept the venue’s own terms, and you can close it or revoke our access at any time from the venue’s dashboard.
Every account starts in paper mode: bots track real market prices with real timing, but no real orders are placed. The performance records shown on our website and in the portal are paper records unless explicitly labeled otherwise. Dollar figures shown on the landing page are a model applied to those records (a hypothetical starting balance, risk per trade, and leverage, as labeled on the page) — not an actual account. Paper results exclude or approximate real-world frictions such as fees, slippage, funding, partial fills, and liquidity. Live results will differ, and past performance — paper or live — does not guarantee future results. We may recompute, correct, or annotate performance records if we find errors in data or bookkeeping.
Switching a bot to live mode is your explicit instruction and standing authorization for the Service to place, modify, and close orders on your exchange account automatically, without prior confirmation of each trade, until you pause the bot, switch back to paper, delete your keys, or revoke them at the exchange.
Nothing in the Service — Trade Ideas, bot styles, performance records, statistics, descriptions, defaults, or any other content — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation, signal, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any asset. Do your own research and consult a licensed financial professional before trading real money.
The Service is offered as a paid subscription at the price and interval shown at checkout, which may include a free trial. Unless canceled, a trial converts to a paid subscription at its end, and subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time except where required by law. Canceling your subscription stops the bots but does not close positions already open at your exchange. Payment processing is performed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. We may change prices or plans prospectively with notice before your next renewal.
The Service depends on third parties including, without limitation: the exchanges and automation venues you connect (WunderTrading, Bitget, Blofin), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), and market-data providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, execution quality, fees, or terms. Sign-up links to exchanges shown in the portal are referral links: if you open an account through one, we may receive a commission or other benefit from the venue at no extra cost to you. You are free to open an account without our link.
You agree not to:
We aim to keep the Service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Outages, maintenance, software defects, network failures, market-data errors, exchange API failures, rate limits, and venue downtime can cause orders to be delayed, missed, rejected, duplicated, or filled at prices different from those intended, and can leave positions open longer than intended. You should be prepared to manage your positions directly at your exchange if the Service is unavailable. We may suspend trading, pause bots, or disable features at any time — including as a protective measure — with or without notice.
You may stop using the Service, cancel your subscription, and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, for legal or security reasons, or upon discontinuation of the Service, with notice where practicable. On termination we will stop placing orders for your account; any open positions remain yours to manage at your exchange. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY BOT, STRATEGY, TRADE IDEA, OR SETTING WILL BE PROFITABLE, TIMELY, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ORDERS WILL BE PLACED, MODIFIED, OR CLOSED AS INTENDED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ORDERS PLACED, NOT PLACED, DELAYED, DUPLICATED, OR MISPRICED — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinRankz and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right, exchange rule, or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the portal or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoinRankz is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
